This is another landscape from the last couple of weeks painted in my favorite field. This view is looking East to the Cascades, Grizzly Peak is the highest mountain. (Someone got chocolate in the key board and the space bar is sticking! Grrrrr.)
This scene is particularly interesting to me, the little bush things in the foreground are shoots from pear stumps, someone cut down a pear orchard and then left it. The building in behind is an aging pear packing area. The faint red in the far distance is a new winery - wine is the new hot thing in this region.
